That is more like it. Aston Villa have now won four matches in a row across all competitions.
The latest 2-1 victory over Burnley came at a time when the club could ill afford to drop points. Having recently been in the relegation zone, Villa are now firmly in a mid-table position in the Premier League.
Certainly, the win is huge. There is also a senseĀ of Unai Emery's side coming together and playing with a greater sense of joy on the pitch again.
A performance that certainly stood out was that of Donyell Malen. The Netherlands international tends to find himself on the outside looking in in terms of minutes.
As a striker himself, Ollie Watkins understandably receives the nod more often than not.
Emery has decided to go with an option that sees both Watkins and Malen playing together at the same time. Being able to have both talented players allows Villa to offer a different type of dynamic threat in the attack.
It remains to be seen if Villa can now continue to build on this performance and replicate the goal-scoring chances against some of the EPL mainstays. This is certainly, however, encouraging to see how Villa was able to score against a testy Burnley side, even if they have only been recently reintroduced to the league.
Great timing for Aston Villa
In either event, this was a massive three points for Villa. Things are beginning to truly turn around for the club despite everything that has transpired.
The next test will come after the international break when Villa face Tottenham Hotspur. Emery will now be tasked with finding a way to keep the momentum going once all of the players return from their international duties.
