Aston Villa goalkeeper proving to be safe pair of hands for League One side

Aston Villa let Viljami Sinisalo join Exeter City on loan in League One last summer to help him get some more experience under his belt.
The goalkeeper, who is a Finland international with two caps under his belt so far in his career, has made the number one spot his own with the Grecians under the guidance of former Premier League defender Gary Caldwell.
Sinisalo, 22, has made 39 appearances already so far in his career for the Devon outfit, 34 of which have come in the league, and has stood out for his temporary club.
Aston Villa swooped to sign him in 2018 from FC Espoo in his native country and he has since made two first-team appearances for the Premier League side in all competitions.
Prior to his switch to Exeter, he had temporary spells away from Villa Park at Ayr United and Burton Albion but this is the first time he has spent a whole campaign at the same team and he has grasped the opportunity with both hands.
He is due to return to Unai Emery's side in the summer and they have a big decision to make on what to do with him next.
Sinisalo's chances of breaking into the first-team are slim ahead of Emi Martinez and with Joe Gauci arriving from Adelaide United in January, it remains to be seen whether he will be part of Emery's plans.
Nevertheless, his performances at Exeter will no doubt help him find a new home next term if he was to leave.
