Omari Kellyman - Midfielder

Omari Kellyman, an 18-year-old attacking midfielder, has made great strides since joining Villa from Derby County in 2022. Despite a hamstring injury that kept him sidelined for a significant portion of the season, Kellyman has shown his quality whenever he has taken to the pitch, notching seven goals in 11 Premier League 2 appearances.

Kellyman's development was recognised with a place in Villa's squad for their USA tour last summer, where he featured in matches against Newcastle and Fulham. His versatility as an attacking midfielder makes him an invaluable asset, capable of stepping into the shoes of the departed Nicolo Zaniolo or providing a game-changing impact as a substitute for the likes of John McGinn and Youri Tielemans.

Kellyman's Premier League debut against Manchester City highlights his readiness to contribute at the highest level, and his integration into the first team could add a creative dimension to Villa's midfield without the need for expensive signings.
