It is always great to see Aston Villa players being called up for the England squad. Under Thomas Tuchel, the Villans are seeing a more honest shake in terms of being considered for the Three Lions roster.

With the next fixtures slated to be against Andorra and Serbia, three Villa players will be part of the German manager's plans for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

Ezri Konsa, Ollie Watkins, and Morgan Rogers have each received the latest call-up for England. It is also notable that former Manchester United player on loan to Villa, Marcus Rashford, has also been named to the squad for the qualifiers.

This is all the more notable when considering that the Andorra match will be played at Villa Park. England playing as hosts at VP should see a match in which the Three Lions are able to largely take care of business.

While last at the RCDE Stadium, however, Andorra managed to frustrate Tuchel's side. Adorra did not exactly exclusively sit back, but their shape and pressure proved to be largely difficult for England to deal with. Still, Harry Kane managed to produce the sole goal in a 1-0 win for the visitors.

For the current Villans and Rashford, this upcoming September 6 fixture provides the opportunity for something of a chance at redemption. Tuchel will hope to see, particularly from Rogers, Watkins, and Rashford, a more ambitious and bold attack that aims to be more positive and comfortable in possession this time around.

It will be important to see some development and improvement from the squad against the same opponent from earlier in June.

Playing in front of the Villa Park crowd, England will be slated to have a good chance to have a multi-goal display and to showcase what it is that the German manager is hoping to achieve from the England side.
