Carabao Cup QF – Villa vs Liverpool Team News

Aston Villa take on Liverpool tonight in the Carabao Cup Quarter-Final, with a place in the last four at stake, here’s how the two teams will line-up.
For Villa, third-choice goalkeeper Orjan Nyland gets the start in goal, while there is a first start since January for club captain James Chester.
Having missed out in the weekend’s loss to Sheffield United, Conor Hourihane will start in midfield alongside Douglas Luiz.
Luiz was a substitute at Bramell Lane but gets the start tonight ahead of Henri Lansbury.
Jonathan Kodjia leads the line for Villa tonight as Wesley drops to the bench. Also on the bench are Jack Grealish and John McGinn, who was an injury doubt prior to the game tonight.

As for the Visitors tonight, Liverpool Rhian Brewster misses out through injury as they are set to field their youngest starting XI in the club’s history. However, highly-rated 16-year-old midfielder Harvey Elliot does play and is most likely the only name that many will have heard of (Unless you are a man avid Liverpool fan of course).
