Harry Redknapp has predicted Aston Villa to beat Wolves in the Premier League this weekend.
Unai Emery's side are back in action following the international break and welcome their Midlands rivals to Villa Park.
The hosts head into the match on the back of their 1-1 draw away at West Ham last time. Attacker Nicolo Zaniolo came off the bench to score the equaliser at the London Stadium.
Aston Villa are currently sat in 4th place in the table with Tottenham Hotspur behind them in 5th. They are currently three points above Ange Postecoglou's men.
Redknapp, who used to manage Spurs as well as the likes of Portsmouth and QPR, has made his prediction, as per BetVictor (via BirminghamLive): "I’m looking forward to this one, we should see a really good game. I know Aston Villa have had some injury issues, but they’ve been very inconsistent in the last couple of weeks.
"They’ve had a chance to regroup though and still have the top four in their hands. The last time we saw Wolves they were losing that FA Cup tie against Coventry; I still can’t believe that!
"No disrespect to Coventry but what a missed chance that was, they’ll still be reeling from that one. Wolves have a lot of good players going forward, so I can see them scoring, but I think Villa win this."
"Redknapp's prediction: Aston Villa 2-1 Wolves."
Wolves head into the match on the back of their 3-2 loss to Coventry City in their last outing in the FA Cup.
