Fabrizio Romano, football's most famous transfer expert, has claimed that Aston Villa are going to be busy over the next few days with regards to the transfer market.

The announcement from Romano has got the fans talking and now all are holding high hopes that there is going to be breaking news on potentially high-profile players joining the club.

It has been made known that Joao Felix is likely to leave Atletio Madrid this summer and Barcelona, who Felix played for on loan last season, are not going to make an offer to sign him permanently. Unai Emery is believed to be a huge fan of the Portuguese international, who was tipped to be one of the world's best players just a few years ago. and he could make his move to sign Felix this summer. Felix is a player who has the potential to reach the very top but needs a settled home in order to fulfil that potential. Having had loan spells at Chelsea and Barcelona and now being unsettled and out of favour at Atletico Madrid, Villa could be his next home.

It is highly likely that the signing of Amadou Onana will be announced imminently as well as the departure of Moussa Diaby. Onana was reported to have had his medical in Birmingham on Sunday and it's believed that agreements have all been made to sell Diaby to Al-Ittihad in the next week.

There have also been rumours regarding the future of Nico Williams. The Spanish winger is a top target for Barcelona and is thought to be keen on a move to Barca but financial difficulties could prove a problem. Villa are one of a number of clubs said to be monitoring the situation.

Raphinha of Barcelona, formerly of Leeds United, is another name that has been linked with a move to Villa Park. Should Barca sign Williams then Raphinha is likely to be one of the players forced out the door and again Villa are considered to be keeping an eye on his developments.

Another rumour that seems to be gathering some momentum is regarding Jacob Ramsey's future. Tottenham Hotspur are understood to be very interested in signing Ramsey this summer and have already seen one proposal to sign him rejected. Spurs are thought to be interested in offering a player plus cash deal that would see Giovani Lo Celso move to Villa Park plus a fee in the region of £20 million. This is one deal that Villa fans will certainly not want to see and hopefully remains just a rumour.
