Aston Villa set sights on Fenerbahce man along with Tottenham Hotspur, Wolves and Newcastle United

Aston Villa are interested in a summer move for Fenerbahce midfielder Ismail Yuksek, according to a report by HITC Sport.
Unai Emery's side are being linked with a swoop for the Turkey international at the end of this season along with fellow Premier League clubs Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, AFC Bournemouth and Wolves, as well as some unnamed teams in both Germany and Italy.
It appears Fenerbahce will face a battle to keep hold of him when the next transfer window opens.
Aston Villa could see the 25-year-old as someone who would add more competition and depth to their options in the middle of the park.
Faruk Uzuner, who worked with Yuksek at his former club Gölcükspor, has said, as per Sporx: “I think that Ismail can leave if he receives offers from clubs such as Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City.
“Fenerbahce will not sell him for a figure below 25 million euros.”
Yuksek appears to be highly-rated by Fenerbahce but it would be a surprise to see the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City swoop in for him later this year due to the abundance of top quality options that they have at their disposal in his position already.
He has been on the books of his current club since 2020 and has made 72 appearances in all competitions, finding the net twice.
The İznik-born man has also had loan spells away at Balıkesirspor, Adana Demirspor and Bursaspor to get some experience under his belt.
