Aston Villa-linked striker Matias Soule has revealed he wants to move to the Premier League.

Unai Emery's side are keen on the Juventus man along with fellow top flight clubs such as Newcastle United and Crystal Palace, according to Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.

Soule, who is 20-years-old, is being tipped for a bright future in the game and his future is up in the air heading into the summer.

He has spent this season on loan at Frosinone and has scored 10 goals in 30 games.

The youngster turned down a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad in January. They are managed by ex-Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard these days.

Soule has told DSports Radio (via Fabrizio Romano): "Yes, they wanted me from Saudi but I decided against that move.

“I’d like to have a chance at Juventus, for sure”.

“My dream is to play in Premier League one day, it’s just a fantastic league."

Soule is due to return to Juventus later this year and they will have a decision to make regarding his long-term future.

Aston Villa could see him as someone to add more competition and depth to their striking department next term as they chase down a place in the Champions League. They are currently sat in 4th position above Tottenham Hotspur right now.

Soule has been with his parent club since they signed him from Velez Sarsfield in 2020. He has since played 21 times for their first-team before he was loaned out last year.
