Aston Villa's Philippe Coutinho, who is currently out on loan at Al-Duhail SC in Qatar, is on the radar of Inter Miami, according to a report by Gazzetta.
The attacking midfielder has slipped out of favour at Villa Park, hence why he was given the green light to head to the Middle East on a temporary basis back in September.
He is due to return to Aston Villa at the end of this season but his future in England is up in the air. The Brazil international is on Inter Miami's watchlist and is seen as a 'dream' signing by the MLS outfit.
Coutinho joined his parent club back in January 2022 on an initial loan deal from Barcelona, having previously had a stint at Bayern Munich, before his move was made permanent. He has since made 43 appearances in all competitions and has scored six goals.
The playmaker was at Liverpool from 2012 to 2018 and found the net on 54 occasions for the Merseyside giants.
His time at Aston Villa hasn't really worked out in the end and an exit when he returns from Qatar will suit all parties involved. Inter Miami would be a good destination for him as well and would see him link up with Lionel Messi.
