Aston Villa loanee Clement Lenglet has emerged on the radar of AC Milan, according to a report by SPORT.
The defender, who is a France international with 15 caps under his belt, moved to Villa Park on a temporary basis from Barcelona last summer and is due to spend the whole season with Unai Emery's side.
He has made 10 appearances during the first-half of this campaign, four of which have come in the Premier League.
Lenglet spent last term with Tottenham Hotspur and played 35 times for the London outfit in all competitions before heading back to Camp Nou.
He has been on the books of Barcelona since 2018, having previously played for AS Nancy and Sevilla but his long-term future with the La Liga giants is up in the air at this moment in time amid interest from AC Milan.
Aston Villa would need to bring in a replacement centre-back if he was recalled by his parent club this winter.
Although he isn't guaranteed regular game time, he still provides competition and depth to Emery's defensive department.
It has been a quiet transfer window so far for Aston Villa and they have until the end of the month to conclude any bits of business.
