5 players who could leave Aston Villa before the transfer deadline

Aston Villa have until the transfer deadline on Thursday to conclude any bits of business.

They have the chance to offload some players to pave the way for new additions before the end of the window.

Here is a look at five individuals who could head out the exit door...

1. Calum Chambers - The defender has fallen down the pecking order at Aston Villa over recent times. He has made three appearances so far this season which have all come in the cup.

2. Bertrand Traore - He spent last term on loan at İstanbul Başakşehir in Turkey and has also seen his game time dry up. The winger is currently away at AFCON with Burkino Faso.

3. Tim Iroegbunam - The 20-year-old, who is a former England youth international, had a temporary spell at QPR in the Championship last year. He played 32 games in all competitions for the London club and found the net twice.

4. Kortney Hause - He doesn't appear to be in Unai Emery's plans and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him move on in the near future. The former Wolves defender hasn't played for the past year-and-a-half and needs to get some regular game time under his belt somewhere else.

5. Jhon Duran - Aston Villa only signed the striker 12 months ago from Chicago Fire in the MLS but he is being linked with a departure already. Chelsea are believed to be keen on luring him down to Stamford Bridge, as per the Daily Mail.
