Morgan Rogers is one of many Aston Villa names who have been in the headlines. He, along with most if not all of his teammates, is rumored each hour to go anywhere other than Villa for the upcoming season. Depending on the magnitude of a potential deal, certainly, Monchi and Unai Emery would be open to accepting an offer for him. It would need to be a considerable sum, however, and even then, Villa may be better off declining to reject something from progressing forward anyway.
The midfielder is someone who has shown his ability and is versatile, even through the calls from Villa fans who want to see him in a more central role. It is still clear that Rogers can play at multiple positions and considering how early he is in his career, his overall skill set is only going to improve from here.
Finding someone or developing someone who can have such a large impact during a match, with the added benefit of seeing even more room for growth, is difficult for any club to come by.
This is why Villa ought to proceed with caution if a lucrative deal were to actually be placed for the England international. There is always going to be a business side of this sport to consider. Personnel at the club and the players alike all know this.

Rogers is in something of a unique position by contrast. Only 22, he is about to embark on his full second year at the club. Already, he is proving to be one of the more important players in the rotation for Emery.
In the entire Premier League, he is the best young, emerging talent and the midfielder is starting to enter conversations among some of the best in the EPL. It will always certainly be possible for Villa to explore a possible scenario for anyone. In the case of Rogers, it better be an entire king's ransom and then some.
