The return and full swing of the Aston Villa players back to Bodymoor should alleviate the lack of activity from Villa supporters. After all, it has been quite a while since fans last saw Villa in action in a regulation match.

Instead, there appears to be an almost animosity toward the club for one reason or another.

This becomes particularly relevant for the various players who can be seen training, working to prepare themselves for the upcoming campaign, who are often on the receiving end of departure wishes on a grand scale. Or, there are players whose names were simply in rumor mills that are now receiving the constant ire of the supporters.

A late move can still happen, and certainly, the particulars of any actual transfer activity or lack thereof will remain unknown. Still, the squad is back. Those who will be wearing the claret and blue, until there is actual news saying otherwise, are dedicating themselves to the vision of the club and trying to best fit the vision of Unai Emery.

Finding balance among Aston Villa fans

Not that there isn't ever room to criticize or point out when someone has a poor match. A lot of claims are overexaggerated, however. It also does not help to be constantly rushing to social media, for example, tagging and mentioning certain Villans each time one logs on, only for them to still be the ones actually on the pitch for the side.

There should be something of a degree of gratitude for those in charge and doing what needs to be done to prepare for the upcoming season. Once the ball starts knocking around against Newcastle for the opening match at Villa Park, the very people that are being wished away may very well end up proving to be the positive difference makers.
