Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey scored his first Premier League goal in a 3-0 victory over Everton at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.

The Jamaica international came on as a substitute in the 61st minute and tallied 14 minutes later to extend Villa’s lead to three goals. He assisted on Lucas Digne’s own goal six minutes earlier.

Bailey made way for Ashley Young in the 82nd minute after picking up a knock on his goal. “I hit it too hard,” Bailey said, “so I felt stiff in my quad. It’s not serious.”
