Aston Villa: Has Dr. Tony Xia changed his transfer strategy?

It suggests there is much tighter control on how sales happen, with clear red lines for negotiation that are ensuring the club receives a fair fee.
With the club and the chairman being mindful of Financial Fair Play, this is important in reducing any losses.
Essentially, Dr. Tony Xia has been true to his word. The club is clearly taking a more prudent approach and this can only be a good thing going forwards.
However, so far Dr. Tony’s team have only had to negotiate sales of players bought under Randy Lerner.
