January Acquisitions should Add not Replace

If Steve Bruce is to do business in January, it should be to add to the squad not replace current players. “Fringe” players such as Tommy Elphick and Scott Hogan have proved that they add value.  There is an abundance of Championship level ability in the squad.  Bruce needs to learn to trust players rather than over-rely on them.  Players such as Glenn Whelan have a role to play, just not in every game.
