Give Robert Snodgrass a break

Without doubt, Snodgrass is a good player. However, he looks out of form and in need of a break. Steve Bruce is unimaginative as a manager and selects players to fit roles. Albert Adomah’s injury against Brentford probably means that Snodgrass will play against Boro. Giving him some time on the bench, and introducing him as an impact player might work.

Another factor is that his Chairman at West Ham, David Sullivan, publically criticised him recently. I query if this has affected his confidence somewhat.
