2. LW – Hirving Lozano, 21, Pachuca

Hirving Lozano is one of Mexico’s brightest young players in the country. Lozano is a pure left winger in the mold of André Green. Lozano is quick, but not blistering, and has a powerful, incisive right foot. He cuts-in frequently from the left, where a majority of his 43 goals have been scored.

It was widely reported Manchester City had an agreement with Pachuca for the transfer of Hirving Lozano. However, that has since been refuted here by ESPNFC.

In the previous agreement, Manchester City would loan Lozano to Dutch-side PSV for two years to improve development. A move to Europe is imminent, but where will he head to? Perhaps Aston Villa can hijack a move in the region of £6 million. Lozano’s age and would make any deal risky, but the sky is the ceiling for this Mexico international attacker.
