3. Easah Suliman, 19, central defender

Akin to Jacob Bedeau, we have another versatile central defender penned at number three. For the past three seasons, Easah Suliman has been pegged as the next best defender produced out of the Aston Villa academy.

More from Claret Villans

So far, Suliman is on track at the age of nineteen. However, the England U-19 star has yet to make his senior team debut. For Suliman, he must prove to Steve Bruce he is capable of holding down a spot in the first team.

Villa have: James Chester, Nathan Baker, Tommy Elphick, and possibly Micah Richards and Kevin Toner ahead of him on the depth chart.

Perhaps Suliman crafts himself as the next Aston Villa utility man. A player in the mold of Leandro Bacuna.

For the youth teams, Suliman has played: center back, left and right fullback, as well as defensive midfield.
